Historically, my record shows that all my estimates for cash proceeds from sale and purchases are typically between.25-.5% of actual and are usually toward the good.

Ask lots of questions so I am clear about their expectations time lines, and overall goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As licensed Real Estate Agents we are required to perform a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education annually. I typically go above and beyond the minimum requirement so I can do my best to stay in the know and up to speed with latest market trends and technology.
