FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no cost for an initial meeting and, at Grace Ryan Real Estate, we don't charge any other fees to clients either. The way I get paid is when a home sale closes. Commission rates vary and can not, by law, be standardized. Commission rates can be discussed if you choose to work with me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to meet with the client and find out their needs, wants, timeline, and general goals. Each purchase or sale is different no matter which way you look at it. Once I have all of this information, I have a better idea what our next steps will be. I always send a follow-up email after an initial meeting to review my notes and ensure we are on the same page. From there, it's a matter of streamlining the focus and getting on each others' schedules for appointments and showings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my state issued real estate license, which I had to pass a class and exam to receive and must complete continuing education to maintain. Additionally, I have a background in marketing and research, a paralegal certificate, a college education, and some financial background. This combination of skills and experience makes me well versed in most aspects of real estate that will be faced by both buyers and sellers.
