- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different home cleaning services depending o your needs, and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once upon you decide to work with us, we will put your home on our schedule and ask you for a 25% holding fee out of your quote for your spot, if you decide to cancel we will refund 100% of the holding fee if the cancel is with at least 5 days prior to your cleaning schedule.If service is 24-48 hours before the service requested date for the cleaning we will not be able to refund the holding fee, this is because when we hold your spot ,we set these hours specifically for you and when cancelling, our technicians may loose their expected daily income.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have completed our training systems before being sent to your home. "We trained them , so you don't have to."
