My prices are based competitively with other technical professionals and companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will work with a clients needs by asking probing questions. This allows me to fully understand what they are looking for. From there, I will discuss a price that is agreeable by both sides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the computer industry since 2007. In the past, I have worked at Dell Inc supporting their full line of computers. I have a vast knowledge and training of hardware and software; including virus removal. Also, I have done work for smaller companies helping optimize their e-commerce sites using shopify.
