I was very pleased with the service received from Anne Breuer. From start to finish, she was always on top of things. Everything was explained thoroughly at the beginning from setting the selling price to filling out the forms and having the necessary inspections done. She was a great resource for the necessary inspections too. She assisted in helping me to negotiate and was in contact with me throughout. Great job!!

We absolutely adore Ann! This was our second time using Ann as our agent, she works miracles! Ann's attention to detail, compassion and passion for her job and sellers/buyers are so incredibly special. Ann was there for us dealing with some pretty tough situations, it seemed at times, she was not only our Agent, but Counselor.
