- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system varies according to the needs of my clients. There are several requirements that a client may have that effect my prices. For example; do I need to bring cleaning supplies and equipment, does the client require a deep detailed cleaning or a "regular cleaning "., does the client have a lot of items to move in order to adequately clean? Once again my pricing system depends on the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it of high importance to carefully listen to customers and get a clear understanding of their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former employee for the County of San Bernardino. As Site Supervisor I was required to follow strict health codes which means I am very well trained in cleaning beyond the surface.
