- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine built a computer and gave me basic knowledge on how systems work and how to repair minor errors. Everything else I learned grew from there. Just as a desire to help people, since I do have some knowledge of Microsoft Windows based systems. I have not ventured into the Apple products, but may very well do that in the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of people use computers. Everyone needs their tech to work every time, and putting their priorities ahead of sales is what sets us apart.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One thing is not to expect that the computer repair will always be quick. There are some things that can cause issues that will take time to locate and the effectively resolve. Be patient and also understanding of your repair person, as we are doing the very best we can with your system. And we will also make sure that the system runs at peak performance or better.
