Our $75 diagnosis service fee applies to repairs and installations, and we offer free estimates for system replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers may contact us by phone, email, or social media to schedule an appointment or ask questions. We aim to service and repair units the same day of the initial appointment. We discuss our findings and resolution options before moving forward with repairs, so customers are comfortable with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians are professionally trained and hold their certifications, but also received additional training by our owner upon hire.
