- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value my time and information greatly. I have written proof that working with me will get you results if you follow the right routine. I require $150 up front. If the client decides to start training with me, I take that $150 and put it towards their training. If not, they leave with a diet plan and a 3 week program to follow and I keep the $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I go over is their routine and current diet. Second I record their current weight, body fat percentage and lean body mass index. Third I put them through a circuit workout to test their flexibility, endurance and strength. Fourth, I go over a new diet plan to continue on with and then discuss doing a short or long term program with me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with younger generations and middle aged men and women. My training style is very fast paced with some slower days.
