- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We cater price to each clients specific needs, wants, and desire. Typically, our pricing falls in the midrange of all competition; not too low nor too high. We believe in giving fair rates for quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to discuss the project in person, determine what's best for clients needs, start, and finish in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father trained me on how to perform home improvement, properly, as a teenager. I also have over 12 years of sales and customer service experience.
