I like to remain flexible given each family's needs on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first get the basics of what is needed over the phone to make sure it is a good match. Then follow up with a home visit to meet you and your pets in person and get the final details so you are comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with Sandra L and attend her monthly animal communications group for several years! I love helping people and their beloved pets attain better relationships with alternative training methods!
