Very detailed with the cleaning, we had to leave on the morning and they had no problems cleaning without supervision, came back to squeaky cleaned and fresh house, would totally use the service again

These ladies are nothing short of amazing. I have a back problem that doesn’t allow mean to clean as diligently as I would like. These ladies come in with a bright demeanor that lets you know they are genuinely there to help and do their best. I swear they leave my house cleaner than it was when I first moved in! Very detailed and thorough. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! I hired them for a standard clean but quickly realized I needed a deep clean - and they have gone above and beyond a deep clean. They have been so pleasant to be with while they've been cleaning. I'm a single mom with a teenager and didn't realize how much I need this kind of help. I feel like a 1,000 pounds have been lifted off of me because now I can mark "a extremely clean house" off my list (I could've never done this on my own). My house looks and smells incredible - the best cleaning service I've ever had! First cleaning, they haven't even finished yet but I'm 100% a new client...just signed up for bi-weekly cleaning. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client to send us a text message with the necessary information to add them to the cleaning service agenda. A few days before the service, we send a text message to confirm. Upon appointment arrival, we ask for a tour of the house and discuss requests. I share the cleaning service quote before starting the job. After the work is done, we do a house tour to check work. Payment is due on the day of your service.
