Trey with Water Emergency Team was amazing! He responded to my initial call to evaluate the damage within an hour of contacting him. Probably closer to 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and had all the appropriate tools to get the job done. He was able to fully evaluate the situation and develop an appropriate solution. Trey came back each day at the time he said he would to evaluate how the drying process was going. He provided me with charts and graphs to show how things were drying. The most impressive part of the whole thing is Trey’s knowledge of the process dealing with insurance. He was able to give me guidance and what to expect in the process

Outstanding!! This was my first experience with a plumbing leak but the Water Emergency Team made me feel that the situation was always under control. One of my homes I manage had a water leak in the kitchen area and we needed to get the wet areas dried quickly for the tenants and alleviate any mold issues. The Water Emergency Team got out to the property quickly and had their drying fans going within hours. By the next day, it was completed. I highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, positive or negative; however, I have to take time to say how much I value Trey with Water Emergency Team. I had a fairly extensive water damage issue at my home and hired someone else to do the remediation work. They started the job and told me everything was finished, but I discovered that was far from the truth. At that point, I called Water Emergency Team and Trey came out to assess the situation. I could instantly tell a difference in the quality and competency of Trey. He knew what he was doing, had modern and reliable equipment, and effectively guided us through next steps. Not only that, but Trey was easy to work with and incredibly personable and honest. I highly recommend Water Emergency Team if you want your job done right the first time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free moisture inspection. This allows us to make an accurate plan to restore your home, we will review next steps with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our technicians arrive uniformed, with a photo ID, in a marked vehicle. They will greet you and ask to be shown to the source of the water damage. From there they will work with you to perform the free moisture inspection. This will allow us to discover all effected materials which is the first step in restoring your home and preventing further damage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed by the IICRC. With at least certifications in water restoration, and applied structural drying.
