- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free moisture inspection. This allows us to make an accurate plan to restore your home, we will review next steps with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our technicians arrive uniformed, with a photo ID, in a marked vehicle. They will greet you and ask to be shown to the source of the water damage. From there they will work with you to perform the free moisture inspection. This will allow us to discover all effected materials which is the first step in restoring your home and preventing further damage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed by the IICRC. With at least certifications in water restoration, and applied structural drying.
