- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is included in my pricing. Some professionals will charge extra for particulars - I don’t. I believe if you need your house cleaned - that’s what I’m there for. Clean is clean is clean. What sense does it make to charge for every little extra task? I also offer discounts for repeat business and recommendations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am ultimately in service. So I make sure to understand what my customer is seeking first and foremost. Is it just a bathroom? Maybe just the bathrooms and kitchen? Or is it an entire house deep clean? I cover particulars with them: what about bedding or fridge? Or maybe it’s a move in/move out or commercial project. I let them know about my discounts for regular business and recommendations. It is all about the customer for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 28 years of professional residential and commercial cleaning. My experience was with a small operation and I have recently decided to take it to the next level. I think my best asset though is my personality itself - having tendencies of OCD, when I work on a job, I want it to be perfect. And if it’s not up to standards, my guarantee is that I will come back and make it right free of charge.
