- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimate, Free tax. We give discounts if the customer want us to install gutters with Leaf Guards. Free cleaning for leaf guard installation. We also give discounts if the customer have more then one job. $2.99 per linear foot!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer let me know what he/she is looking for, I set an appointment that will work for them. I stop by and measure where the customer wants gutters to be installed, repaired, or clean, then I email the customer the quote, giving them low prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate from UTA with a Business administration degree.
