  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Most work is billed hourly, unless a per-project charge or retainer have been negotiated. The hourly rate for all services is $45/hour, with a minimum charge of $30/hour for any services completed in less than an hour. Services needed between 5 pm and 7 am Monday through Friday, or during the weekend, will be an additional $10/hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication is key! I like to start with either a phone or in-person consultation to get a feel for the scope of work. I ask questions, take a lot of notes, and listen carefully to my prospective clients. Once we have established what kind of work needs to be done and when it needs to be completed, I write up a proposal to outline the cost and delivery details. From there, we schedule a timeframe for services. Most projects can get on the schedule pretty promptly. I love building new relationships and finding the best way to help my clients!
