Introduction: I live for helping others, be it by words, actions, or even example (only from time to time). I've been an active member of the healing community for 20 years, starting out as a massage therapist and branching out into Ayurvedic therapy and energy work. A smile on my customer's face is what makes me get up in the morning.
I enjoy discovering new and improved ways to find health, happiness, and well-being in everyday life. I'm not only a therapist myself but also a satisfied customer of Ayurveda and energy work. I've healed myself successfully from cancer and am a living example that any disease can be cured but not every person. Once the person is ready to being their healing journey, I am only here to assist them, support them, and stir them in the right direction.

I've gotten multiple ayurvedic and energy treatments from Ada. She is a wonderful therapist, very knowledgeable and caring.
From oil treatments and massages, to reiki and meditation, I always felt rejuvenated and peaceful after her sessions.
