- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In pricing a home Weichert developed a system called the price trend analysis, it goes a little further in showing price trends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers, if your selling I want to do all I can to position your home on market correctly, its important to make the first day count. I have helped customers paint, change locks, put up a shed...whatever it takes. If your looking to buy a home, I want know what is important, schools, hospitals, what your needs are. It takes getting to know you just a little bit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my own business all my life, I never worked for anyone, I built high end Kitchens and furniture and supplied kitchens from Maine to California. I had a shop in Northern England for 8 years building English Country Furniture. I'm a perfectionist, I like getting it right. I can handle the tough things as well as negotiate.
