- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give discounts for more than 2 dogs or cats!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can chat initially through phone, text, or email. Then we can set up a time where we can meet before (free of charge). If I sit at your house, I will come over with a notepad and take notes on what your typical schedule is with your pet as well as getting to know your pet. If you prefer coming to my place we can do basically the same thing. The only thing is that at my house, I have a small dog who gets along and LOVES small dogs and we can introduce our pets to make sure they get along, but because he is a senior dog, he can get grumpy around big dogs or really hyper puppies. So in those two cases, I would prefer to sit at your house and my dog, Fred will stay at home with my boyfriend :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been pet sitting on and off for years! Additionally, I have sat for senior dogs with special needs. So I am able to administer medications to your pets.
