- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price does not evolve and change! We give you one fair price, and that is what you pay!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to your home. We generally invest in ordering a measurement for your home by satellite prior to meeting with you. Once we meet you and learn what specifically your needs are, we email you an estimate immediately. When you notify us that we are hired, we will immediately put you on the schedule and get your materials ordered. We generally do each home in one day. After walking the job with you and after you approve, we will collect payment.
