- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and competitive. All prices include all taxes and fee.s. Active military, veterans, police officers, and firefighters receive 5% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After going over some specifics, we schedule a time and date to service your home. We will call you if anything changes, otherwise we will 100% arrive on the scheduled time. If you need to cancel please do so before 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $35.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our employees spent years with other companies receiving training and experience. We have the professional know-how to complete any job.
