I used TraveLux to book my trip to New York to celebrate my 50th birthday. The initial hotel that we booked turned out to be too small and too far away to walk to Times Square so we contacted our travel agent to have our accommodations changed to be within walking distance to Times Square. Once we got to our new hotel we were very excited because the hotel room was very spacious and located 1 block from Times Square!! I failed to mention that we contacted our agent after 6 PM and she managed to get us settled in within an hour. She was very professional and was glad to help assist us with this situation even though she was off the clock. I have recommended her to several of my family and friends and will continue to use her for future travel needs.
