Philip was extremely quick to send me a quote on what it would take to repair my printer even though it was over the weekend. I needed the quote to try to give money back from my credit card company protection plan. He was very willing to help even though he knew I was not going to get it repaired due to the costs of the hardware components involved. I would definitely recommend Philip to others.
