- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Duct cleaning is standard, everything else must be quoted. However, we do not charge for mold and water damage inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At this time we offer free mold and water loss inspections. We meet the customer, tell them a little bit about themselves and our inspection process. We perform our inspection and share what we found, educate and help the customer better understand what they are dealing with. I like to give the customer time to think things over so I email our estimate later that evening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully insured and certified. WRT certified to handle water damage. We are certified to inspect and remediate for mold damage. We are certified to work with lead. We are NADCA certified for air duct cleaning. OSHA 30 hour certification. Asbestos awareness training. We carry a million dollars of General liability and pollution insurance. All our workers are covered by Workman's Comp.
