- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All are prices are set rates! This does differ depending on if you are a residential or commercial customer. Since our prices are set, there is no guessing about payment. We give you the price upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer initially contacts us, we allow the customer to explain their cleaning needs. Most customers usually know exactly what they want and that's great! After a explanation of their cleaning needs, we will ask a few follow-up questions just to make sure we are the right fit for your cleaning needs. We want to make sure any potential new customers are getting the right service for their money. Here at Overview Cleaning Services, LLC we sincerely want to make sure your cleaning needs are tackled correctly and professionally even if that means our company is not the best fit. We will be honest and let you know what to expect once we arrive. Doing this, sets clear expectations for both the customer and the provider. After we establish we are the right fit for the customer, we will obtain the date and time the customer would like their cleaning session to be scheduled. Next, we will obtain they're contact phone number. Finally, we will send the customer a confirmation text 24 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning session. We have worked with both residential and commercial clients. Our residential clients include realtors, renters, and homeowners. Our commercial clients include engineering facility. laundromat owners, and car dealership owners.
