Verbal Staging Consultation $150 up to 2 hours, $80/hour for each additional hour In-home appointment with the home stager during which we'll create a detailed, room-by-room checklist of everything you can do to put your best foot forward for potential buyers Written Staging Consultation $250, $80/hour for each additional hour After accessing the property and gathering information and takes photos, we will write the report.The staging report is then emailed to you and your Realtor (if requested) within 48 hours. This report provides the blueprint you will need to stage the home yourself. Hands On Staging $200/hour with 2 stagers, usually takes minimum of 4 hours Our team will come and rearrange your existing furniture, place accessories and transform your house into a showplace. A perfect service for the homeowner short on time or simply lacking the desire or know-how to implement the Verbal Staging list themselves. Vacant Staging Services Price Upon Request, staging fees and rental fees Its a proven fact that vacant homes spend less days on the market when staged with furniture and decor. We offer the option to rent furniture and accessories, providing you with a more desirable home than any other home on the market resulting in a faster and more profitable sale! Interior Design 100/hour With our Interior Design services, we can help you create a new, functional space that is custom to you. By selecting finishes that you love and that coordinate throughout your home, to furniture and accessory selections, we will be there every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because not all homes are the same, each requires a different and customized approach when it comes to staging for optimal results. We work with you to transform each room for a faster, more profitable sale. Based on the initial consultation, we will recommend services to best fit your needs. Using the furniture and accessories in your home, we will transform your interior space to make it appeal to the largest number of potential buyers.

As a real estate agent and graduate from the top interior design program in the nation, I have come to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of what a home buyer places emphasis on when looking for a potential home. My love for staging and design coupled with my passion for delivering the best client experience has paid off in the success of quick sales with all my clients homes.
