What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hold a 1 hour phone consultation with the client, to get a better sense of their style, vision, preferences and budget. I then send the client a quote. If the quote is accepted, then I will begin working together, viewing samples and collecting additional information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University, I also have 9 years of experience in wedding planning, coordination and decor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I planned my own wedding in 2006.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many different personalities over the years. My customers are usually goal oriented and very creative and imaginative.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked on a birthday party for 4 kids who wanted a carnival theme. It was refreshing to be able to switch gears and cater to the kids. I managed the contract, created the menu, created decorations and coordinated games.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say, do your research. Don't hire someone that you found online, without checking out their website and reviewing their feedback.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask the professional how they feel about budgeting? Are they punctual? How do they work with others?
