These boys were EPIC!!! Scheduled for 7am, arrived at 6:30am ready to work! Lifted some very heavy pieces of furniture without thinking twice... These fellas are NOT new or part time movers... they are MEN WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING with very strong backs! Will recommend to everyone...very professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent and rapid communication with an awesome attitude. My new go-to movers!!! Thanks fellas!!

From the very start, I was pleased with the professionalism of the owner of Pack N Move, Richard. He contacted me quickly and responded to all emails in a short time period. I expressed my concerns about his company moving a heavy, king-size mirrored bedroom set and he assured me that his team would wrap it carefully and handle it with care. I could tell from his attitude that he took pride in his company and I felt certain that I was selecting the right movers. And I was right. On moving day, the guys he sent, Indigo and Ricky were punctual. They not only wrapped the bedroom set, but also wrapped every piece of furniture for added protection. I didn't have to give them any instructions because they knew what they were doing. Richard stayed in touch with me over the phone throughout the move, checking to make sure that everything was running smoothly and to my satisfaction. Indigo and Ricky were fast, hard working, and never stopped to take a break. I highly recommend Pack N Move to anyone who wants courteous and caring professionals handling their cherished possessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, most customers need an estimate quote to know the cost of a the move, after the guess estimate we take the initiative to go to the customer to give an accurate move quote so to make the customer feel comfortable and that also helps us know the equipments and supplies needed on the move day to help save the customer time and money during the move.
