FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house cleaning price will vary depending on several factors. For example, let's say we clean two houses weekly with the same sq. ft., same number of rooms and bathrooms but one has kids and pets while the other only has two people living in the house. The one with kids and pets will most likely be more dirty than the one without. These are several of the factors that contribute to the way we price our cleaning services. With time we have learned to take great pride in our work because of all the compliments we've received from past clients. Our prices will not just only be fair for the client but they will also be fair for us. Cleaning houses is a tough job and it should be paid accordingly. Of course, if the job isn't being preformed the way it should be then there is a problem. But, I (Patty) will personally always follow up with our clients to make sure they're happy with our services and to make sure the job is being done correctly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get in contact with a potentially new client we offer them a free estimate. We like to go see the house before because we can easily state a standard price on here but we really don't know how messy or dirty the house really is. If we see that the house isn't as messy or dirty we will lower our standard price quite a bit. So don't hesitate to get in contact with us for a free estimate! If the client agrees on the pricing we will set the day and time of the cleaning and if it'll be a reoccuring client we will set up a certain day and time we will always be arriving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in the house cleaning industry. Due to trial and error we know what works and what doesn't when it comes down to house cleaning supplies. But, of course, if you have a certain preference to any cleaning supply we will gladly use it.
