- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the few companies that don't charge you for unnecessary wait times. If you have an event that has wait times over 2 hours, give us a call and let us know so we can work out a better quote for you instead of a flat hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any booking within 30 days, there is a 20% deposit due to hold your vehicle. We prefer to have some sort of dialogue (text,email or call) prior to giving you a quote, just so we can properly assess your need and give you the best solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of customer service! Our chaueffers have worked in airports, movie and film production studios and just love people.
