- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing reflected is an estimate and each price is customary to the event. My pricing includes garnishes, napkins, cups, juices etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what they like first and then find out what their guests will enjoy and find a happy medium.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified bartender. I graduated from Professional Bartending School of Atlanta. In addition to that I am ServSafe certified for alcohol. :)
