- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glenny has many different "packages" available and would be more than happy to email you her price sheet. Prices vary depending on the services, location, time, and wardrobe changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a new customer, Glenny likes to talk to them verbally on the phone to see what they would like done. After services and pricing has been established she sends the customer contract to sign that states the price, location, fees (if any), and turn around time. Once the photoshoot is over, Glenny will edit the photos (number changes depending on pricing) and will put them in drop box and she also provides the customer with a CD or jump drive with their images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Glenny graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelors of Fine Arts emphasizing in Photography. She worked as a sports photographer for LSU Athletics for two years photographing every sport from football to track and field.
