- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a combination of square footage and beds and baths. Unlike most companies, who charge an additional amount for oven and fridge cleaning or for having pets, these things are included in our base price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to first speak with new customers to determine what their expectations are for a home cleaning, why the cleaning is needed, and how much they can afford to pay. We want to ensure that The Clean Status Company can meet their needs. Next, we decide on the cleaning date and the appointment confirmation email and PayPal invoice are sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with cleaning homes, we have close to 15 years combined of real estate and property management experience. We understand the business from multiple perspectives and put that understanding to use with every home we're asked to service.
