- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will beat any competitors rate. We charge $20 to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 72 hours ahead of time. We like to keep our staff properly aware of their schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit our website. Book your preferred time and date. Chat with us immediately from our website or we will contact you at least 1 day prior to our arrival to go over any special request you might have. $20 deposit is required for all cleaning reservations. Payable online on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff, has training in the proper way to start and finish a cleaning therefore everything is timed properly. We have an order of operations they follow so all task are complete within your time frame.
