- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Limos are reserved by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get all the pertinent information for the event. Recommendations are made. Usually 3-5 options are given. If the client decides they like one of the options we go over payment options and put everything down in the calendar. On the day of the event our vehicles will arrive 15 min. early.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Whave over 80 years of experience working for us between the managers and drivers.
