- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base pricing model that we follow and are always striving to charge slightly less than competitors while also paying our cleaners a living wage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our clients over the phone or email and find out what their needs are. Then we set up a cleaner to be able to get out to the home and deliver to their exact needs and expectations. Once we have established a relationship, our clients are very happy with our services and we continue to go back regularly and keep up their home so they can focus on other things. We quickly gather the info we need for a tailor made clean so we can deliver great service as often as our clients need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of house cleaning experience and have taken multiple courses in business. In addition to personal coaches and mentors, most importantly, I am always listening to what our clients are saying today and using this to shape us into a better service every day.
