FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a furniture maker and electronic hobbyist, so it didn’t take long before I got really interested in working with my hands, started with drawing, building with cardboard, lego, plastic model, clay, wood, metal, resin. I just keep on exploring different material and how to shape them, form them into ways that gives purpose to things. Which I really enjoys.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the recent furniture project I am really proud of is a beautiful waterfall live edge table with our U-leg (welded steel tubing), that slab has amazing figures on it, which really pops after we put UV protective oil on it. That table took about 5 weeks combined.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go cheap if you are restricted on budget, there’s nothing wrong with that! But! Don’t expect good work for cheap. Craftsmanship, quality and standard come at a price, there’s a reason why something are cheaper, some are more expensive, and it’s usually related to time on task :)
