FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's all about options with us. We are not about selling a customer a new air condition rather helping the buy one. After the initial first contact we set up a time and date to visit the customer at the project. We go over the project by both addressing all their questions and concerns with a professional take. After that visit we prepare as many options as possible and submit it for review. Attached will be all our contact information for any questions that may arise. If and when the customer accepts our proposal (it's a proposal not an estimate because we do not change our quote during the project as long as the job scope doesn't change) we will set the installation date and time. Most project require nothing down. If any money is due up front we will handle at this time. When the project is started the sells person will walk over the project again with the customer and the installation crew. Once the project is complete the sells person will return and walk over the project again with the customer to ensure all obligations are met and questions are answered. Once customer is happy, we invoice the balance. All work is warrantied.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do research on your project. Become educated on what you want. Let the service provider help you make your project a reality. Also screen your contractors. Make sure they are licensed bonded and insured. These are in place to help you, the customer.
