- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have my basic pricing. It does vary a bit when the walks are extended in time or if there is a second or third pet, I will give a break in pricing for the other pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meet and greet, so I can meet with the parents and pet. This gives both parties the opportunity to make sure that this is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with vets, at dog daycare, shelters, Petsmart as a dog trainer, bather brusher at spa's, also behavior modification and socialized the " unadaptable " animals, whom are all now in their forever homes.
