Introduction: We try to make the process as simple as possible. We will never ask you to remove screens. 5 years of delivering beyond expected results. We take our appointments very seriously as your time is the most valuable. Our rates are flat and fairly easy for you to calculate. A standard sliding window with two total panes is charged at $13 for the cleaning inside and out, along with screens and tracks. The cleaning and rates can be scaled back from there, giving you the ability to cater to your liking.

All of the above were true. I will definitely promote this company over any other. He was on time, took his time washing the windows, the screens, and the track as well as being mindful of all my knick-knacky items around the window. Most impressive and I don't believe my windows have ever been so clean!

Our tech, Jose, called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, wore shoe covers in our home, removed the screens, washed every window and track, used a shammy on his second round, and verified all work was to our standard of clean. He was very friendly and professional, taking great care in our home. Amazing price for an amazing job!

I highly recommend Emerald Window Cleaning! Luis was courteous and followed up promptly when setting up the appointment (and I changed dates twice on him). He called the evening before the job to verify the logistics. And his work was spectacular! He worked diligently from start to finish without even a break (my house has about 42 window panes, so it took a while), and the end result are windows, tracks, and screens that haven't been so clean since the day they were installed! All that was done with an extremely cheerful, friendly and customer-oriented attitude. I will definitely be using Luis again for my future window-cleaning endeavors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Windows are priced at flat rate of $8 per 2 pane window, inside and out. Screen cleaning adds $2 each and track cleaning also adds $2 per window.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always walk the property to fully understand what the customer's priorities are. Same when complete, as I have them inspect the work before I leave the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retail manager for 16 years, I am well aware of how to use all available resources to ensure our clients' expectations are met and their experience is nothing short of special.
