- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic pricing system that ranges from $50 all the way to $250 depending on the size of your home. We send our quotes accordingly to the sq ft of your home and the number of rooms and bathrooms. But, we are very fair, and know that some homes are dirtier than others no matter the size, that is why our quotes are very flexible. We always have room for negotiation. And will always try to fit our price to our customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For first time customers we always like to meet them personally in there homes right before we start cleaning, that way we get to know more about what their needs are. Although sometimes we know many people have to work and being home is not possible, we still always like to speak personally on the phone and get a better understanding of what they need us to focus on more. We also send pictures when finished if requested to those that can't be home to provide reassurance. Our customers needs are our priorities!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was a child I was raised to be very clean. And always helped my mother when she worked in housecleaning for over 10 years. I have been Cleaning almost all my life! but I love what I do!
