Introduction: Sarah McElvain, LMSW, CD provides holistic health coaching, childbirth education, and doula care for women and their growing families in Austin, TX. After years of personal research and work with alternative health practitioners to treat her hormonal health issues holistically, Sarah understands how exhausting and frustrating the search for wellness can be. Her own experiences with 'infertility' led her to find root causes and solutions. She now seeks to help other women balance their hormones naturally and gain optimal fertility. As a women’s hormonal health and fertility coach, Sarah partners with you to help facilitate sustainable change for your most vibrant life. Whether you are seeking wellness, planning to conceive, expecting, or have little ones at home, Sarah offers compassionate and non-judgmental support to help nourish you during this sacred time. Sarah currently works for The Integrative Women's Health Institute under renowned coach Jessica Drummond, MPT, CCN, CHC. She is certifying as a holistic health coach through the institute, and she also studied under Nicole Jardim, CWHC as an apprentice in her 2015 Fix Your Period practitioner training. Sarah has a strong desire to nurture and empower women in the childbearing years. After the birth of her first child in 2014, Sarah discovered the immense value of partnering with support people for companionship and guidance through birth and the postpartum period; now as a childbirth educator, doula, and women’s health coach, she is passionate about extending the same compassion, education, and support she received to other women and their families during this sacred yet vulnerable time of transition.
