- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we only charge $7 a day for a high quality, professional MLS listing. We conveniently bill on a monthly basis and have a cancel anytime policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients manage their listing through a password protected portal via ListingSpark.com. They provide us with basic information about their property that we need to submit it to the MLS and other real estate sites. We send out a professional photographer to the home as well as send a sign and lockbox for showings. Our typical turnaround time to get you listed is 3-4 days of creating your ListingSpark account.
