I'm a real estate investor in Denver and own a half dozen or so rental units in the Denver area. I've partnered with Mark at AlphaPack on most of the large renovation projects we’ve done the last 5 years. In addition, he was also our General Contractor on the last two major fix n’ flip projects we’ve done. Mark has an incredible eye for detail, and has saved us countless time and headache by catching potential issues during construction. He is honest, fair, and highly talented; I would highly recommend him for any type of residential project. Needless to say, we are very sorry to have lost him to Austin, but certainly feel he will be as successful there as he was in Denver.

I have used Mark and AlphaPack many times and have always been super impressed. Hire these guys when you want state-of-the-art quality--the kind you see on HGTV--at reasonable prices. Mark has graduate work in Construction. You don't get that from your run-of-the-mill remodelers.

Excellent construction company with an impeccable eye for detail. There is no cutting corners when they take on a job. The evidence was in the end result that I photographed for them. Creating images for their end use was a pleasure and I look forward to seeing what their next project will look like from behind my lens.
