- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $80 per person for parties of less than 5 people. More than five people is a different quote that depends on the customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customer and send them a sample of my handouts, we can then talk about what they want to learn about and set up a meeting or phone call to discuss all details and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
