- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realtors fees are typically 6%. The selling agent gets 3% and the buying agent gets 3%. The seller pays Realtor fees. Keep in mind, agents then have to pay broker fees, royalties and taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my new clients face to face the first time. We'll discuss what your needs and wants are in a home. We'll talk about the process of buying and/or selling a home so you know what to expect along the way. We'll also discuss the importance of being pre-approved and how to start that process. From that point, I'll start sending you a list of homes and set up showings of your favorites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the state of Texas (638774). The state requires continuing education in order to renew our license every 2 years. Besides the required education, I regularly attend class that keep me on top of the local market, as well as state and national requirements.
