Came out to bid my job, never bothered to supply an estimate. Complete waste of time. Don't bother unless you have tons of free time to waste and you are not expecting a quote..

Part of the work hired for was done with good quality (Install patio & garage entry door, nail in loose cabinets onto wall), but other part of the job was done with poor quality (Installed door knobs/dead bolts, but damaged the door knobs by putting dents/scratches on them and stripped the screws onto knobs and screws were left half-way tightened). Even though there were damages done by the crew, Joel was easy to work with and refunded me for the door knobs upon request and I ended up having to re-do all of them myself. He focused on customer service & professionalism. I would hope Joel addresses the problems with his crew and makes sure work is performed to expectations.

Very pleased with the work and Austin Elite Construction LLC is dependable and honest. I highly recommend calling the owner Joel for a quote on any remodeling you have.
