We have a standard system that we use of what food and how many people
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit and talk with them and get to no who they are. so they are only a stranger once. when they come back they feel at home. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no education in food but i do have a bachelor in Addiction Counseling. and psychology. I am self taught I have always had a passion for cooking and for owning my own business one day and here I am living that dream.
