- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate pricing. For house sitting it's $75 a day. Pet walking it's $10 per walk per pet, most people have me walk their dog for 30 minutes once a day. House sitting with animals $100 per day up to 2 pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and meet them and their pet, get to know a little about them, what they eat, what time of day do they eat, quirks about their pet, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this for my neighbor across the street whenever she had to travel.
