- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet cleaning starts at $125 for two rooms lightly soiled. And I have multiple packages after that with increased soils or stains. Tile and grout cleaning usually starts at $145 for a kitchen and bathroom. $35 per room after that. Handyman services prices vary according to job. I try to be as affordable as I can to help the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them by relating to the problem or issue they are wanting fixed or cleaned. At that time I ensure them I am here to help, and if I can't help I will find a solution instead of making them find it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been through an entire week of training out of state for tile and carpet restoration and am factory certified for the equipment I use. I'm constantly researching different methods and new skills to be better at what I do in each skill.
